Form Tomorrow is working with the Town of Leeds Planning Commission and staff to conduct the 2010 General Plan Update. In 2009 the organization conducted a robust public process involving local and surrounding area citizens in an effort to gather public input for the General Plan Update. Form Tomorrow worked to reach the broadest cross section of Leeds area residents by engaging the public through several different mediums, including a community preferences survey, citizen and stakeholder interviews, three public workshops, and online questionnaires. On August 12, 2009 Form Tomorrow presented the results of the public process and several general plan recommendations in a report to the Town Council and Planning Commission. On November 18, 2009 the report was presented to the community at a public open house where additional feedback was solicited. Form Tomorrow revised the recommendations report based on the feedback from the Town and public. The 2010 General Plan Update has now officially commenced and will incorporate the recommendations and results from the public process conducted in 2009. LEEDS HISTORIC PRESERVATION STRATEGIC PLAN

On June 30, 2009 Form Tomorrow conducted a public workshop at Leeds Town Hall to brainstorm and prioritize goals and strategies for Historical Preservation in the area. Stakeholders and experts from throughout Southern Utah attended the workshop and provided valuable insight as to the direction and goals of historic preservation in the Leeds area. From that exercise Form Tomorrow drafted the Historic Preservation Strategic Plan.
